Job Title: Franchising Recruitment Manager

Location: London-based with hybrid working

Join a dynamic team shaping the future of one of the world’s most iconic brands. We’re on the lookout for a strategic and relationship-focused Franchising Recruitment Manager to lead our franchisee recruitment across the UK & ROI - ensuring the seamless onboarding of new, values-led franchisees each year.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Drive the attraction and onboarding of diverse franchisee candidates in alignment with our long-term franchising strategy
2. Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end candidate journey
3. Guide Franchisee Recruitment Consultants and external stakeholders, ensuring best practice and robust selection outcomes
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to place new franchisees in their first restaurants
5. Manage strategic relationships with vendors and agencies (Chantry, LHH, LinkedIn, OMD etc)
6. Own and enhance our Registered Applicant Training and mentoring programmes
7. Champion innovation and operational excellence through global tool testing and system rollouts
8. Lead the pipeline development for Key Employees, Next Generation, Internals and Supplier candidates
9. Oversee and attend all franchising exhibitions, open days, webinars etc
Qualifications:

What You’ll Need:

10. Proven experience in engaging, influencing and managing stakeholder relationships, across departments up to Directors, Executive Team and Global teams, and externally, with partners (franchisees, suppliers, official representatives, trade associations etc)
11. Strategic leadership experience in high-stakes recruitment
12. An ability to think and plan strategically whilst recognising the need to deliver business requirements
13. Strong time-management and the ability to develop working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business
14. A track record of creative problem-solving and driving change
15. Commercial awareness with business acumen and a franchise-savvy mindset
16. Excellent communication skills and a knack for relationship building
17. Confidence with core MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
18. Initiative, adaptability and a drive to constantly improve
