Due to expanding operations, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join the sales office of a thriving industrial distributor. Located in Stourbridge, the business sells into the manufacturing sector and has a stable 20+ year trading history with healthy year-on-year growth.

This role is office-based Monday to Friday in Stourbridge – commutable from Wordsley, Kingswinford, Brierley Hill, Dudley, Halesowen, Quinton, Wombourne, Kinver, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove
You will be…
* Organised, detail-oriented, and a great problem solver.
* Process-driven with the ability to think on your feet, prioritise, and multi-task.
* Well educated, specifically in Maths and English. A GCSE (or equivalent) grade of A-C (9-6) is a minimum requirement. Educated to A level or above is preferable.
* Numbers-focused, capable of working with different currencies and units of measure, calculating prices, margins, and percentages.
* An experienced Excel user, able to write and use formulas.
* An excellent communicator, confident in making outgoing calls, and able to engage with customers to deliver excellent service and increase sales.
* Experienced in a product-focused, B2B sales office environment.
What you’ll be doing…
* Processing orders, creating invoices, and arranging delivery of products from various locations worldwide.
* Calculating sales prices and discussing these with customers.
* Coordinating with third-party warehouse and transport providers to ensure excellent customer service.
* Managing and updating customer and product CRM records.
* Communicating regularly with customers via phone and email.
* Supporting the MD and team in driving the business forward.
