About the Role:
Vision for Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher for a primary school in Chigwell. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking trust, committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
2. Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
3. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
4. Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
6. Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school and trust
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
8. Experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
9. Strong classroom management and organisational skills
10. A creative and flexible approach to teaching
11. A commitment to raising standards and supporting all learners
