Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with an international legal firm in central London in search of a Reward Assistant. Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with Reward & HRIS experience, to continue to grow and develop their career.
The Reward Assistant responsibilities will include:
* Support annual reward processes including salary and bonus review, budgeting and benefit renewals, market research including survey completion.
* Provide analytics and support modelling activities where required.
* Work with the HRIS Manager, the business and the HR team to analyse and understand the business reporting requirements and working to create new reports; or update existing reports to meet these needs.
* Support the maintenance and further development of Reward and the HR System including trouble shooting and resolving issues as they arise.
* Act as a point of contact for reward and benefit queries and provide collaborative support to all areas of the HR team as well as employees/partners on reward and HRIS matters.
* Support any reward project work on an ad hoc basis.
