Salary: £29,348.80 - £30,368 Per Annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus!
Hours: 40 hours a week

This role involves 40 hours per week with various shift patterns between our operating hours of 7:30 am - 6:30 pm. Please note, we operate all year round, so this is not a term-time only position.

About Our Nursery Practitioner Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Assist management in providing the highest standard of compliance, care, and education for children.
* Work closely with the Room Leader and other staff to ensure a smooth daily routine.
* Contribute ideas to planning, ensuring children receive high-quality learning and development.
* Liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
* Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
* Meet health and safety and environmental health requirements.
* Promote and ensure safeguarding standards for all children and adults in the setting.
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years: Essential
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS: Essential
* Fluent in written and spoken English: Essential
