The Role:
Position: Supervisors
Immediate start available
£42,000 base salary + Tronc + cash tips (OTE up to £50,000)
45 hours per week
5 days on / 2 days off rota

As a Supervisor, you will be a key figure in the guest experience and a visible face of the business during an exciting but demanding opening period.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong background in high-end / luxury hospitality environments
Proven ability to lead by example in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
Comfortable working in a brand-new opening with evolving systems and processes
Confident being the face of the business and engaging with elite clientele
Must demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and enthusiasm above all else
Positive, hands-on approach with a strong team mindset
