The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This is a very hands on role that will require daily site attendance.
Responsibilities

Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Manage plant and material deliveries to and from site on behalf of client.
Manage and co-ordination site access for other project consultants.
Support other project team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Additional information
It is a requirement for the candidate to have:
Chartered membership with one or more of the following Institutes or associations; RICS, RIBA, ICE, CIOB or APM.
Minimum 5 years PM, PQS or PE experience with a proven track record.
Experience running their own projects from inception through to completion.
Strong pre & post contract experience.
A passion for client care.
Good Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Project.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience leading project teams & chairing meetings.
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work from home, project site or our office as required.
A full UK Driving Licence and their own car.
It would be advantageous (though not essential) for the candidate to have:
~ Experience working with multiple types of 3d modelling software
