Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
* Drive a high‑performance culture, rewarding performance and managing underperformance.
* Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity.
* Accurately produce dealership reporting in line with group reporting frameworks.
* Ensure the dealership consistently achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service in face‑to‑face and telephone interactions.
* Broaden experience across sites and brands within a global automotive group.
Qualifications
* Experience within the automotive industry is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills, with experience in high‑level reporting.
* Experience working in an agile environment, responding quickly to changing business needs.
* An open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
* Strong communication and organisational skills to engage customers and staff.
