Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
* Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen brigade
* Design and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality and consistency
* Manage stock, budgets, GP targets, and supplier relationships
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety
* Work closely with front-of-house management to deliver a seamless dining experience
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent knowledge of food costing, kitchen management, and health & safety compliance
4. Creativity and passion for modern, innovative cuisine
5. Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
