Web & Social Media Coordinator
LUX Artists are seeking to employ a Web & Social Media Coordinator. We are on the search for an ideal candidate who is keen to work in a busy and dynamic agency.
LUX represents Directors of Photography, Production Designers, Editors, Costume Designers, and Hair & Make Up Artists in film, television, TV commercials and music videos.
This offers a great opportunity for someone with previous web and social media experience and with a genuine interest in the film, television and TV commercial production industry.
We are looking for a candidate with a knowledge of design who can not only maintain the current workload, but for someone who comes with their own ideas on how to improve the social media communication with a view to grow the company's online presence.
Working in the central London office alongside and liaising with the company directors and agents in the Film/TV and Commercial depts, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Being responsible for maintaining the upkeep and for uploading all video and news content to the LUX agency website.
To be responsible for the upkeep of the company Instagram page: posting articles, uploading videos/images, writing news content, responding/redirecting message enquiries, maintaining and growing the social media database.
Responsible for sourcing all high-res video and credit information from the relevant production companies. Uploading, filing and storing the high-res files.
An understanding of all Adobe design programs and with a knowledge of design.
An understanding of web design programs such as Sanity, Vercel or Wordpress.
A keen interest in the film/tv or commercial/music video industry.
Further details about the position:
· Annual salary starting at £30,000 per annum.
· To start ASAP.
· The role is based three days per week in the LUX office, central London and two days working from home.
· Hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch break.
