About the role:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background seeking to apply their expertise in a strategic property context. You should be commercially astute, confident in financial modelling, and experienced in building business cases for senior decision-makers. A professional finance qualification is preferred. You will work across geographies and business units to develop cost-effective, value-driven property strategies.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver financially sound location strategies across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and overseas offices.
* Support high-profile projects and shape global property portfolio strategy.
* Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals.
* Engage in early-stage M&A involvement and support organizational change initiatives.
Skills and experience required:
* Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong commercial awareness, influencing, and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with C-suite executives.
* Experience in strategic planning and scenario modelling.
* Proficiency in report writing, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
