We have an exciting vacancy for an Account Manager to support our Branch in Nottingham. The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies.
As an Account manager you will
Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
Call and visit prospective clients
Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
Source outstanding candidates for our clients
Manage an end-to-end recruitment process
Business development
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Have the energy and determination to succeed
Previous experience of sales
A background in temporary recruitment (Industrial)
Possess a strong desire to learn and accept guidance
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
