Driver Hire Darlington is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) drivers to work on a supply basis in Darlington.
This role is ideal for flexible, professional HGV Class 1 drivers looking for ongoing agency work with a trusted local provider.
The Role:
1. Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles for a range of local and regional clients
2. General trunking, collections, and deliveries depending on assignment
3. Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
4. Adhering to drivers’ hours, road traffic laws, and company procedures
5. Maintaining a professional standard when representing clients
Requirements:
6. Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
7. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
8. Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
9. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
10. Flexibility with start times and job types
