Job Title: Operations Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is recruiting an Operations Manager for the team located in Peterborough.
Role Summary:
Ensure team members continually improve service delivery levels, drawing on industry best practices to set high benchmarks for facilities management (FM) teams in each area. Maintain a strong client focus across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the primary strategic and operational support point for the Account Manager.
2. Oversee all operational activities across the contract.
3. Assist the Account Manager with client reporting activities.
4. Manage the team to shared objectives.
5. Handle talent recruitment, retention, training, and performance management.
6. Drive account performance to support client and contractual objectives, developing and measuring short and long-term goals.
7. Ensure full contract compliance on operational, risk, and compliance matters.
8. Monitor performance against targets and scorecard compliance.
9. Lead by example in vendor relationships, ensuring professional and efficient management.
10. Oversee all vendor relationships.
11. Optimize CBRE's technology platform to support operational needs and value.
12. Improve platform efficiencies and ensure all account Playbooks are current and relevant.
13. Provide leadership for infrastructure functions, aligning objectives with client priorities and CBRE's wider goals.
Key Skills / Experience / Requirements:
1. Ability to work dynamically at pace, with re-prioritization and under pressure.
2. Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
3. Procurement experience.
4. Experience managing large teams.
5. Knowledge of H&S and Energy Management is advantageous.
6. Experience delivering large-scale change programs is advantageous.
7. Skills in organizational development, personnel management, budgeting, resource planning, and strategic planning.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
9. Proven success in international corporate environments.
