Process responsibilities include ensuring all materials and equipment are ordered in line with company procedures. Work must be undertaken in compliance with current Health & Safety regulations, with appropriate personal protective equipment used when required. Equipment, stock, and designated work vehicles should be maintained properly, with any issues or defects reported promptly. All necessary datasheets, COSHH records, and risk assessments must be completed, updated, and maintained according to task requirements.
About You:
1. Be based in Plymouth/South Devon or Torbay and possess a full UK driving licence.
2. Have trade knowledge in plumbing, electrical, joinery, or general building maintenance.
3. Be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks across various sites.
4. Have proven experience in property maintenance within commercial or regulated environments, preferably within the hospitality sector or pubs, though this is not essential.
5. Be a strong organiser with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
6. Have a good understanding of health & safety requirements and legislation.
