You will be joining our head chef to put The River Terrace in St Ives back on the map! We will serve fresh cooked breakfast and brunch, pizzas and sharing plates as well as baking cakes and desserts. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, hard working and always with a smile on their face. Experience in a similar environment as a Sous would be expected but as it always should, attitude trumps experience. This is the second site in our little company, starting from our award winning brunch restaurant, The Station House, Histon. We are growing, proud of what we are doing and expect to keep growing in the future. Skills & attributes we’d like you to have: Experienced on a busy brunch or pizza service Treats all those around them with kindness and respect Understanding of food hygiene, allergens & H&S in a kitchen environment Comfortable coaching and leading a busy service Ordering & stock management Skills are great, but we always employ for positive attitude first.
