Job Description:
This is a 7-month contract based in London, requiring 3 days a week in the office. The start date is ASAP.
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee a large programme of work for their HQ move within London.
The Project Coordinator will be part of the Operation Readiness team, liaising with all relevant workstreams including IT, Facilities, and Business Change.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in large-scale office relocations and be capable of supporting and developing detailed plans across teams, focusing on delivery. Responsibilities include managing risk documents, activity logs, and finance and cost controls.
Additional understanding of project coordination aspects such as move and migration planning, FF&E installation, snagging, services mobilization, facilities setup, business continuity, licensing, and planning will be beneficial.
