An exciting opportunity has arisen for newly qualified physiotherapists, student physiotherapists or developing band 5 physiotherapists. We have positions available across different locations in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic person to become part of an effective team, providing a high standard of clinical care to patients across various locations in Leicester and Leicestershire.
The Successful Candidate Will
* Hold a Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy.
* Be registered with the HPC or a student
* Have relevant NHS experience either pre or post qualification
* Have a broad base of knowledge and experience in the field of Physiotherapy.
* Be able to prioritise and manage their own workload.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Have the ability to work sensitively and effectively with patients and their carers.
* Be able to work well both individually and as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
* Have evidence of continuing professional development.
* Be able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
* The Trust offers a seven day week working pattern and flexible working patterns.
* As a newly qualified you will be enrolled onto a preceptorship programme.
* You will also have access to regular training and supervision.

Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities)
To be responsible for providing a professional Physiotherapy service and carrying an agreed caseload under the supervision of Senior Physiotherapy staff.
To provide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients within a multi-disciplinary format.
To deliver a Physiotherapy service to patients within a variety of settings, requiring flexibility/adaptability in recognising the complexity of these environments.
