Senior Hospice at Home Paramedic/Nurse Hours: 37.5 per week (part time hours can be considered) Location: You’ll be based within the specific Rennie Grove Peace Bucks Locality Area but be required to travel and work flexibly to support service delivery Salary: Rennie Grove Peace Band 6: £38,682 - £46,580 per annum (pro rata) Closing date: 28 February 2026 at 12 noon Interview date: TBC The role of Senior Hospice at Home Paramedic/Nurse is in place to provide high quality specialist palliative nursing care, advice and support to patients and their carers. You would work on a varied shift pattern, which could consist of Early shifts, Late shifts and Day shifts. To work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide a high standard of individualised patient/family care and support. To be responsible for patients on a daily basis, to ensure that excellent standards of support and clinical practice and care are achieved. Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions and treatments by managing virtual and in-person reviews in patients’ homes. Improve patient outcomes and experience by incorporating physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of care.
