We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual with personal lived experience of mental health recovery, who is ready to lead and inspire others through peer support. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a natural team leader, and someone who thrives in a values-led environment. You’ll be skilled in facilitating groups, delivering peer-led interventions, and supporting others to use their own experiences to empower service users. Strong digital skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams) and a solid understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and mental health risk management are essential. This role is central to the growth and transformation of our Peer Support Service across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. As a Senior Peer Support Worker, you’ll supervise a small team, co-deliver training, and help shape a service that is inclusive, recovery-focused, and rooted in lived experience.
