Lead Generation Manager – Email Marketing – Up to £40k Excellent Benefits, Hybrid Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for crafting email campaigns that convert? Our client, a well-respected agency, is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to take charge of their email marketing strategy and drive high-quality leads for their sales team. This hybrid role offers 3 days working remotely and 2 days in their vibrant London office. With a portfolio of high-profile clients and a reputation for delivering innovative, multi-channel campaigns, this agency is growing fast—and they need a commercially minded Lead Generation Manager to help fuel that growth. The Role Own and execute the email marketing strategy to generate and nurture leads Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns for both client initiatives and internal sales efforts Create compelling email content and copy that drives engagement and conversions Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise campaign results Manage, build and segment email databases, ensuring GDPR compliance Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation goals Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders Support broader marketing operations including CRM updates, social media scheduling, and collateral refreshes Requirements Proven experience in lead generation through email marketing, ideally in a B2B setting Strong understanding of email platforms and marketing automation tools Excellent copywriting skills with a creative flair Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Confident communicator and team collaborator Curious, proactive, and eager to explore new marketing techniques A great sense of humour and a people-first attitude!
