Led by a team of election experts, with almost 50 years’ experience, Modern Democracy is at the forefront of digital transformation at the Poll Station. We are the market leading supplier of electronic poll books in the UK. Electronic solutions are increasingly playing a central role during the traditional in-person voting experience, they supplement or substitute the use of traditional paper registers to access and track voter registration records. Our solution streamlines the check-in process, automates ballot issuing, collects and displays critical data, and enhances the security of the voting process by providing real-time confirmation that a registered voter can only check in and vote one time. It provides real-time data and analytics on polling station performance and voter turn-out throughout the day and automatically generates the required statutory reports. Exciting new modules are planned for release in the next 12months.
Our people love the exciting and transformative work they do. We provide all the remuneration benefits you would expect from a large organization but offer the flexibility and creativity of a small business, with real opportunities to progress your career. As we grow you will too!
