The successful candidate will:
* Hold a degree in Psychology or a related field
* Have a strong understanding of psychology curriculum at Key Stage 4/5.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, well-being, and success.
* Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities to further the department's goals.
