Working for an independent statutory body, set up by the Welshernment to give the people of Wales much more say in the planning and delivery of their health and social care services.
Your new role
Be the first point of contact for members of the public who wish to make aplaint/ raise concerns about any aspect of their NHS and social care service or treatment.Provideprehensive support to theplaints Advocates, including arranging meetings, taking minutes and drafting paperwork.Co-ordinate the work of the advocates, ensuring that cases are dealt with in a timely manner.Maintain manual and electronicplaint and enquiry files, ensuring security and confidentiality are inpliance with the Data Protection Act as well as office policies and procedures.What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a customer service orplaints setting.Knowledge ofplaints processes and proceduresExcellentmunication skills, with the ability to judge the importance of information and respond appropriately.Significant previous administrative experience and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Must pass DBS check.What you'll get in return
30 hours per week – Wednesday or Thursday to be a non-working dayHybrid working – Tuesday set office day and the option to select an additional home working day.£ per hourDBS is covered by the agency2–3 month temporary role with an option to apply for a permanent post if advertised.
