PROCESS ENGINEER – PLASTICS & EXTRUSION BRECON PERMANENT £50,000K - £55,000K NEG DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Due to rapid growth, my client is looking to recruit a Process Engineer with experience in Plastics and Extrusion for their rapidly expanding specialist manufacturing site based in Brecon. The successful candidate will have: * A proven track record of process improvements leading to increased output and efficiencies for business * Experience in process concept development through to bespoke machine design and installation Responsibilities: * Provide support to production on a daily basis to enable them to meet the production plan and maintain customer on time delivery. * Fully understand the capability of the manufacturing equipment, working with maintenance to ensure optimum operating conditions. * Ensure equipment is user friendly, and always safe. * Identify and influence upgrades to the production area and manufacturing equipment to achieve process quality, efficiency and waste reduction. * Work with design and development to implement robust solutions to manufacturing problems.
