Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Talent Acquisition for a 4 week Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Interview Coordination - scheduling complex multi time-zone interviews across EMEA APJ
2. Create and submit requisitions and track approval workflows
3. Post jobs and manage reposting of open roles every 30 days using scheduled reports
4. Review and reject candidate applications, including bulk rejection when appropriate
5. Set up and update custom application questions and rules
6. Maintain accuracy of Greenhouse data including status fields, forecasted start dates, job postings, and other required fields
7. Support reporting and data hygiene projects across Greenhouse and Workday
8. Draft and update job descriptions, including use of standard templates
9. Consolidate and refine recruitment email templates
10. Assist with Greenhouse reporting and dashboard creation
11. Contribute to job description unification and documentation improvement initiatives
Profile:
The successful temporary, Talent Acquisition coordinator will have at least 2 years experience working within Talent Acquisition and will have had exposure to using Greenhouse ATS and Workday.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Cybersecurity firm based in London. You will work 3 days per week from their office and 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Talent Acquisition role will be paying circa £15 - £25 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
