Head of Asset Management Client Side - £excellent basic + Bonus & benefits
Were working with a well-established, highly successful specialist Lender who are looking to appoint a Head of Asset Management as follows:
1. Office based in Hertfordshire, working Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm (except for when on site/undertaking valuations/inspections etc.)
2. MRICS qualified, ideally with VRS (though this is not essential)
3. Heading up the entire Asset Management Team, providing both staff management and technical advice as required
4. Overseeing the entire process and framework within which disposed assets in possession or receivership realise maximum value
5. Provide specialist property advice on complex assets.
6. Liaison with the internal Valuation Team in relation to trends affecting business risk/appetite
7. Provide training to other departments to help up-skill staff to make sensible lending decisions.
8. Ensure the Asset Team has sufficient resources / staff to scale up when the business requires it
9. Proven track record (at a senior level) in Asset Management, Valuation and/or Receivership
