Job Summary The role is to assist the Finance Manager of the cladding team with the efficient running of all aspects of the cladding team’s finance function. This role will be contracted to Head Office in High Wycombe. Primary Responsibilities Day to day management of the cladding invoices email inbox, ensuring that; invoices received are routed for approval to the appropriate team member accurate descriptions and coding are added to the invoice invoices are sent for processing on a timely basis to ensure payment by due dates emails are filed accurately when dealt with to ensure efficiency and accuracy of the process Management of the cladding team’s account with Corporate Traveller, ensuring that invoices are processed efficiently and any queries with the account are investigated and resolved on a timely basis Liaison with the Head Office finance team to ensure timely processing and payment of invoices for central spend Liaison with the London BU finance team to ensure timely processing and payment of invoices for project spend General office duties; including liaison with suppliers and subcontractors, handling correspondence, and other office related general administrative tasks as required. Proactively supporting the Finance Manager and the Cladding Remediation management team, providing information to enable robust decision making Deputising for the Finance Manager as required during periods of annual leave Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements Previous experience working in an accounts department preferably in a purchase ledger Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience of working with an ERP system Computer proficiency. Working in a time-critical environment.
