We are an AI-focused software and technology company based in Leeds seeking a B2B Marketing Executive to support demand generation and lead-focused activities.
Responsibilities
* Support demand generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads into the business.
* Work with the Marketing Manager on campaign planning, execution, and marketing operations.
* Contribute across all aspects of marketing in a small, growing team.
Qualifications
* Approximately 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (not a junior role).
* Comfortable with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills; adaptable to a small, growing company.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ~£35K basic + bonus + benefits package. Flexibility here, but not excessive.
Location & Working Model
Location: Leeds, central. Hybrid work: 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days from home. Proximity to the train station is approximately a 7.4-minute walk.
