Building Surveyor | Leeds
Leeds | Full-time | Permanent
CTB is growing and we’re looking for a Building Surveyor to join our Leeds-based consultancy.
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of professional and project work, working directly with senior surveyors and directors on live instructions from day one.
The role includes:
* Project management
* CAD / design work
* Building & condition surveys
* Defect diagnosis and reporting
* PPM schedules
* Dilapidations
* Contract administration (JCT)
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a degree in Building Surveying (or similar)
* Is working towards RICS APC or recently qualified
* Is confident, practical, and client-focused
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* Is a team player
