Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal is a Multi award-winning luxury bridal boutique in the heart of Matlock, known for our elevated styling experience, couture-inspired collections and warm, honest service.
Our sister boutique, Eliza & Co Bridal Outlet, offers a thoughtfully curated off-the-peg collection for brides with shorter timelines and flexible budgets — delivering the same trusted expertise in a different way.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and commercially aware Bridal Stylist to join our team.
The Role
This is a role that blends expert styling, emotional intelligence and the confidence to support brides in making high-value purchasing decisions.
Creating an exceptional bridal experience and delivering results go hand in hand.
You will:
* Lead bridal appointments with confidence and professionalism
* Build genuine rapport quickly with brides and their guests
* Deliver expert styling advice tailored to each bride's shape, vision and budget
* Confidently support brides in making their final decision
* Manage fittings, collections and follow-up communication
* Maintain high boutique standards and visual presentation
* Support operations across both boutiques
Weekend availability is non-negotiable.
Our busiest and most important trading days are Saturdays and Sundays.
Working one weekday and one weekend day - with flexibility to cover additional busy periods.
Requirements
* Previous sales experience is essential (bridal or luxury retail preferred)
* Comfortable working within a target-aware environment
* High level of multitasking ability — able to manage appointments, enquiries and boutique presentation simultaneously
* Ability to remain positive, calm and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
* Strong emotional intelligence and confidence in reading a room
* Naturally warm, articulate and professional in presentation
* Reliable, flexible and committed
Salary & Progression
From £13per hour, dependent on experience, increased pay and commission structure after probation period.
Performance-based commission structure available following successful completion of probation.
As both boutiques continue to grow, there will be genuine opportunities for progression and increased responsibility for the right candidate.
