You will join our amazing team at our residential service in Deeping St James which has been was rated Good by CQC. We supports 5 adults with dual sensory complex needs including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.
This is a permanent role, with hours available from 7.5 to 21.5 hours per week. We are offering £11.75 per hour with enhanced rates for nights and overtime and annual pay reviews.
Shifts vary but generally start around 07.00am with the latest start around 4.30pm. You will be expected to work every other weekend.
We are located in Deeping St James with the town of Market Deeping 5 minutes away and Peterborough City Centre 20 minutes away.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
