PART-TIME CREDIT CONTROLLER – BALLYMENA

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 8:00am–5:00pm
Flexi-time available between 7:00am–6:00pm
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum (pro rata for 3 days)
We’re currently working with a well-established company in Ballymena who are seeking an experienced Part-Time Credit Controller to join their finance team.
This is a key role responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer records, resolving payment queries, and supporting the overall cash flow of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring customer accounts

Chasing outstanding payments and resolving discrepancies
*
Maintaining accurate financial and customer records
*
Supporting wider finance and reporting activities
Essential Criteria
✔️ 2–5 years’ experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
✔️ Strong knowledge of credit management and collection procedures
✔️ Experience using accounting or ERP systems
✔️ Excellent Excel and reporting skills
