This role is part of the Brand & Marketing team at F&F Clothing, supporting the development & execution of brand strategies, propositions & innovative packaging solutions that drive business growth. You will help turn insights into actionable plans, develop compelling concepts & ensure the consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
As an Assistant Brand & Proposition Manger for F&F Clothing, you will work closely with the Brand & Proposition Manager, Buyers, internal teams & external agencies. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contribute to strategic planning & gain hands-on experience in proposition development across the 6Ps (Product, Packaging, Price, Place, People, Promotion).

1. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
5. Supporting the development of strategic brand plans & growth pipelines for clothing categories.
6. Assist in creating insight-led concepts & propositions that deliver on the clothing strategic plan.
7. Collaborate with Product, Packaging, Design & Marketing teams to ensure propositions are brought to life effectively & in line with brand guidelines.
8. Work closely with the brand manager & buyers to understand their packaging requirements, market trends & consumer preferences.
9. Create clear & actionable briefs based on the business needs.
10. Develop & maintain packaging guidelines, ensuring cohesive branding.
11. Help monitor customer & market metrics, identifying trends & opportunities to inform future brand strategies.
12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams & external agencies to support the implementation of brand initiates.
13. Work with product teams to ensure alignment across the 6Ps & adhere to critical timelines.
14. Prepare materials & reports to share best practises & ensure plans are relevant & adaptable across Tesco Group markets.
15. Manage key project deliverables, timelines & budgets in collaboration with the Brand & Proposition Manager.
16. Follow Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct, always acting with integrity & due diligence.
You will need
Operational skills relevant for this role:
17. Understanding of how to turn customer insights into compelling propositions.
18. Familiarity with proposition development across the 6Ps.
19. Strong Project management skills with attention to detail & timelines.
20. Basic knowledge of brand strategy & innovation process.
21. Commercial awareness & ability to manage budgets.
Experience relevant for this role:
22. Some experience in a brand or marketing- related role, ideally within retail or FMCG.
23. Exposure to working on cross-functional teams & managing stakeholder relationships.
24. Basic commercial understanding & experience with data or insights.
25. Collaboration with external agencies or creative teams is a plus.
26. Strong teamwork, communication & collaboration skills.
27. Customer-focused, with an enthusiasm for brand & marketing innovation.
