* Process supplier invoices, and track financial activities.
* Maintain a strong sense of pride in the development, ensuring it remains well-presented and efficiently run.
* Monitor resident needs, handle inquiries, and address any complaints or concerns effectively.
* Ensure adherence to leasehold obligations and support the managing agent in maintaining compliance.
* Respond to urgent matters and emergencies, liaising with relevant services when required.
