Requirements:
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
* Level 3 Children & Young People s Workforce qualification
* Minimum 1 year as a Senior Residential Care Worker in a children s home
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Compassion, reliability, and flexibility (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in daily operations, compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards
* Lead and develop the care team through supervision and training
* Manage the home in the Manager s absence
* Maintain a safe, homely environment and high care standards
* Liaise with professionals and support care planning
