We are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator in Belfast with a well-established and highly regarded wealth management firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious office in the heart of Belfast, supporting a small and collaborative Financial Planning team. The business has a strong reputation for developing and promoting staff internally, offering clear long-term career progression.
The Role
You will work closely with Financial Planners and support the delivery of high-quality financial advice to clients. This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of client administration and play a key part in the end‑to‑end advice process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Financial Planners with day‑to‑day client administration
* Preparing and processing application forms across pensions, investments and protection
* Liaising with clients and providers to progress cases through to completion
* Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
* Working closely with paraplanners and investment teams where required
* Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing client servicing
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Around 2+ years’ experience in a Financial Services Administrator role
* Experience supporting Financial Planners or Advisers
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
* Confidence working directly with client cases from start to finish
* Excellent communication skills
Experience of working with investment managers or discretionary fund managers would be beneficial but not essential.

This firm is well known for supporting career progression within financial planning. There is a clear pathway from Administrator through to Paraplanner and Financial Planner.

Working Pattern
This role will be office‑based initially during training, with hybrid working available once fully competent:
* First 3–6 months: Office‑based
* After full sign‑off: 2 days from home
