Northamptonshire (Moulton) Part-time - 22.2 hours per week £20,695 - £24,684 (pro rata) Start: ASAP / September (flexible)
About the Role
We are working with a well-established Further Education college who are looking to appoint a Teacher of Maths on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE).
This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in achieving their GCSE Maths and Functional Skills qualifications, while contributing to a supportive and forward-thinking curriculum team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons in GCSE Maths and Functional Skills
* Assess, track and monitor student progress
* Support learners to achieve their full potential
* Contribute to curriculum development
* Work collaboratively with curriculum teams
* Promote safeguarding, equality, and student wellbeing
* Participate in quality assurance and college activities
About You
* Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
* Experience teaching GCSE Maths
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
