This is an exciting opportunity to join ESPA as a Retail Assistant in our Cheshire Oaks store. The Retail Assistant provides world class customer service, tailors consultations to each customer, and ensures an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience from welcome to purchase.
Responsibilities
* Provides world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
* Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure a tailored shopping experience.
* Create a warm and welcoming environment with a seamless customer journey from initial greeting to transaction completion.
* Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and maintain customer satisfaction as a priority.
* Support and be involved in events both internally and externally.
* Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
* Drive sales through a seamless customer journey and deliver personal targets and KPI goals.
* Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers.
* Be a positive, professional, and dynamic team member.
* Maintain store standards and top hygiene standards in all areas.
* Assist in updating and maintaining brand visuals (VM).
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential.
* Strong passion for ESPA and customer service.
* An ‘always on’ approach when at work.
* Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application to self and others.
* Strong communication skills.
* Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is imperative.
