Recovery Team Leader Location: S6 2UW, Sheffield Salary: £30,104 per annum then yearly increments up to £32,317 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Were looking for an experienced and compassionate Recovery Team Leader to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. Working closely with our Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our St Barts Service. As a visible and proactive Recovery Team Leader, you will help to create a supportive and empowering environment for staff and our service users alike. The successful candidate will have experience in working with people with multiple complex needs, including autism; learning disabilities and diagnosed mental health conditions. You will have a broad understanding of mental health pathways and psychological interventions. Above all, we are looking for an empathic, person-centred and understanding individual to support and help lead team. General tasks Facilitating continual professional development through an intensive training program. Lead and Participate in team meetings. Perform other such duties as may be required to further aims of Target Housing within the Health and Safety requirements. Adhere to all of Target Housings policies and procedures in particular our Equal Opportunities, Confidentiality and Health and Safety policies. Carry out other such duties as directed by senior managers as appropriate to the aims of Target Housing. Requirements Educated to degree level in a relevant field (mental health, psychology, health and social care) Level 3 5 in management and/or coaching, or be willing to undertake An individual who embraces challenges enthusiastically An understand of the principles of Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Practice At least 3 years experience of supporting people with multiple complex needs, particularly with mental health and learning disabilities Experience of writing reports Evidence of continuing professional development About Us Target Housing is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people within our society.
