3 x Social Worker – Initial Assessment Team (CAP Assessment / CAP MDT Rapid Response) Location: Guildhall, Swansea Contract: Full-time | Hybrid working Description The City and County of Swansea are seeking three experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join our Initial Assessment Team – two positions within the CAP Assessment Team and one within the CAP MDT/Rapid Response Team. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive environment where you will play a crucial role in assessing and supporting adults in need of care and protection. The teams operate closely together under the same management structure, so there may be some flexibility required across both functions depending on service demand. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work at Guildhall, Swansea with community visits and remote working. Flexibility is encouraged as long as visits and statutory duties are completed in a timely manner.
