Facilitate Search have partnered with a UK leading FM provider to seek a Senior Operations Manager (Hard FM) to head up one of their critical contracts in the North West.\n\n🔧 Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee the delivery of all hard services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS, etc.) across multiple critical sites.\n\n * Lead and manage a team of Technical Managers\n\n * Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety policies, and industry standards.\n\n * Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation in technical services.\n\n * Provide technical guidance and support for complex maintenance and engineering issues.\n\n🎯 What We're Looking For:\n\n * Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.\n\n * Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\n\n * Strong knowledge of building systems, legislation, and compliance standards (e.g., SFG20, ISO, HTM, etc.).\n\n * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nIf this role is of interest or you would like further information then please apply via this advert or contact me on (phone number removed)
