Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via email and phone.
2. Understand customer business needs and provide tailored support.
3. Process customer orders and manage changes to purchase orders (rescheduling, rework, returns, repairs).
4. Respond to customer queries and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
5. Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to meet delivery commitments.
6. Communicate order updates, delays, and schedule changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
