Customer Service Advisor Vacancy at FM Conway!
FM Conway is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work within our Aggregate and Asphalt division, based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00.
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
1. Accurately receiving and processing orders
2. Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
3. Maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication to meet service delivery standards
4. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, internal distribution, commercial, and administration teams
5. Ensuring compliance with the service level standard
What skills and experience do you need?
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be confident on the phone, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, and able to work well within a team. Peak times will include dealing with calls, emails, and orders. You should have a positive, hands-on approach. Experience in customer-facing roles and handling a high volume of calls is desirable but not essential.
