Applications Engineer / Welding Demonstrator, and help drive adoption of their advanced equipment through hands-on support, product demonstrations, and close customer engagement.
The Role
In this diverse and customer-facing position, you'll manage: Live
application demonstrations
of manual, mechanised, and automated welding systemsboth at their head office and at client sites.
Delivery of
technical training
and solution consultancy, ensuring users harness the full potential of our product line up.
Thorough
weld process development, including parameter optimisation across MIG/MAG, TIG, and automation applications.
Technical support during customer trials and installation, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting.
Active collaboration with internal teams to relay feedback, influence product enhancements, and drive continuous innovation.
Representation of the brand at
trade exhibitions, open days, and other joint customer events.
About You
Youre a technically skilled, engaging communicator who thrives on teaching and persuasion: Hands-on proficiency with
welding processes
(manual, mechanised, or automated), ideally within welding equipment, industrial manufacturing, or related environments.
Strong ability to
translate technical specifications
into accessible, practical advice for customers.
Driven to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through top-tier service and responsiveness.
Comfortable traveling frequently across the UK & Ireland for on-site demonstrations and support.
Experience in delivering training, guiding end-users, or performing live technical demonstrations is highly desirable.
