We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Client Advisor teams at Marsh. These roles could be located across the South / South East / South West & London offices. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked as a Client Advisor, Broker, or within the Commercial Claims sector, who is looking to transition into a new, exciting role within an established, market-leading insurance broker.
We will count on you to:
* Work with Client Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
* Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Client Executives.
* Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring their needs are identified and met according to service standards.
* Handle all queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide excellent service and drive growth.
* Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing their questions to enhance their experience.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of market conditions and comply with all relevant standards to serve clients effectively.
What you need to have:
* Knowledge of commercial insurance across a broad range of products or experience in other insurance areas like Contingency and PPL (Public and Product Liability Insurance).
* Experience in policy document drafting.
* Ambitious with a team-oriented mindset.
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred but not required qualifications:
* Cert CII qualification; working towards ACII is desirable.
