Reporting Line
Reporting to the HRIS & People Admin Manager, your role will be to create an amazing colleague experience while keeping our HR processes running smoothly. Your day‑to‑day will include preparing starter and leaver documentation, updating HR systems, and making sure data is accurate and GDPR‑compliant. You’ll support managers and employees with timely answers, liaise with payroll and benefits teams, and spot opportunities to make our processes even better.

Requirements
