Community and Business Engagement Coordinator
Part Time Vacancy 18 hours per week
* Develop relationships in the local community, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.
* Work towards agreed targets for Referral Provider touchpoints.
* Deliver promotional activities both face-to-face and virtually to increase awareness of Home Instead’s client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
* Plan and execute regular community marketing events including fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events, and others that promote our services.
* Reflect our mission, vision, and values consistently in all communications and activities.
* Coordinate activities across social media platforms, ensuring engaging and up-to-date digital content.
* Maintain knowledge of the Home Instead brand and promote awareness of national marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives locally.
* Track and record enquiries, using this data to refine strategies and messaging.
* Maintain accurate data to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Manage time effectively, prioritizing critical tasks and adapting to changing needs.
* Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
* Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
Essentials
* Driver’s License and own transport.
* Confidence to deliver talks on ageing topics such as Dementia, Fraud Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration.
* Experience networking face-to-face, by phone, email, and video call with community stakeholders and potential RPNs.
* Understanding of marketing principles and experience managing digital media campaigns.
* Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
* Self-motivated, independent, resilient, and flexible in working hours.
* Experience using a CRM database to manage touchpoints with RPNs.

Driver’s Licence
Qualified to L3 diploma or higher
