We are recruiting a Workplace Experience Supervisor to join one of our key client accounts within the Tech, Media & Telecoms account team located in Reading. The individual will be the point of contact to the Client and Customers in supporting & driving the workplace agenda. The successful candidate must have an exceptional interpersonal skill, with a vision for improvement and innovation, and an analytical mindset; someone who can collaborate and champion change throughout the implementation cycle and journey of workplace modernisation. Role Summary: - Lead KPI delivery to ensure sites meet the required KPIs including PPM deliverables, QHSE, and Workplace Experience. - Quality Management of site operational delivery - Liaise with stakeholders and business contacts in driving the Workplace modernization strategy - Provides administrative support including meeting coordination, office and workplace experience equipment care, and supply management. - Lead and coordinate the making of initiatives working with onsite teams to promote and to create a forward planner - Lead /oversee all Events activities on site ensuring a seamless end to end delivery. - Support the delivery of the One Team ethos - Develop and nurture business relationships with all businesses across the site through these relationships, gain insights into anticipated future requirements and work these into the service delivery strategy - Line management responsibility for the Reading Workplace team - Support the Workplace team with delivering individual building or site wide projects and initiatives - Work with our contract partnerships to drive consistency and standards across the site - Work closely with Workplace team to upskill and train in Workplace Experience. - Work collaboratively with customers, understanding their requirements, forming a plan to deliver and then executing. - Work closely with Account Engineering team to ensure a smooth delivery of maintenance as well as timely reactive closures. - Deliver value to our customers by providing top quality consultancy and acting as a trusted advisor - Establish and maintain customer relationships by promoting site activities and promoting the wider facilities teams. Experience Required: - Experience within (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service) roles preferred.
