As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an organised and proactive HSEQ Coordinator to support the implementation and management of health, safety, environmental, and quality systems across the business.
This role is ideally suited to an individual currently working in an administrative capacity who is eager to take the next step in their career and grow within the field of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ). We are looking for an ambitious individual with a genuine interest in H&S, sustainability, and compliance, as well as all-around continuous improvement. While relevant qualifications are an advantage, they are not essential. Comprehensive training and development will be provided to support the right candidate in building a long-term career in HSEQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSEQ policies and procedures.
* Support internal audits and preparation for external ISO inspections.
Health & Safety:
* Maintain accurate records, including audits, incident reports, COSHH assessments, and training documentation.
* Create toolbox talks on HSEQ topics and coordinate H&S training to operational staff.
* Monitor compliance with cleaning standards, PPE usage, and safe working practices across sites.
* Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
* Promote a positive safety and quality culture aligned with the company's core values.
* Carry out H&S audits/accident investigations when required.
Environmental:
* Co-ordinating Environmental projects and collecting evidence of impact.
* Develop Environmental Awareness and drive through sustainability practices.
* Support with the organisation of Charity and volunteering events.
* Taking part in meetings for ESG and H&S with both clients and staff.
* Data gathering for Carbon Footprint calculation.
* Collect and analyse data to evidence ESG progress and reporting.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in administration or coordination.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the HSEQ field.
* Relevant HSEQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
* Full UK driving licence, as site visits will be required.

Working Environment:
